Obviously, I'm a huge Atkin fan, and the Blue Moon's winter home is a few hundred yards from William's shop by the creek in Huntington Harbour.

What design was your boat? The Unlikely Boatbuilderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00220444040859630948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814931629250831543.post-13907047100006004312011-01-02T12:14:32.699-05:002011-01-02T12:14:32.699-05:00Oh my goodness! At this point I can't remember what I have posted about the pictured boat that accompanies my comments on your blog. But suffice it to say that it is an Atkin design that was built by R. K. Wilmes. She took us from Kingston NY to Cumana Venezuela and back over a two year period in the late 90's. A wonderful seagoing boat which we took to see Mr. Wilmes, and John and Pat Atkin on a shakedown cruise in Long Island Sound.
You bring back great memories John - thanks, ralphralph in saugertieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05424668092788323412noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814931629250831543.post-80241927711778163992010-06-23T17:17:58.500-04:002010-06-23T17:17:58.500-04:00Caleb: Good tip, I'll check it out!Caleb: Good tip, I'll check it out!The Unlikely Boatbuilderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00220444040859630948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814931629250831543.post-76318579309063253542010-06-23T17:17:32.724-04:002010-06-23T17:17:32.724-04:00Pat: We'll find you. Tetley's is cheaper too but that is not the point as it is about the flavor and availability.
CalebD
Nyack, NYAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814931629250831543.post-84444117390366301862010-06-22T21:43:02.620-04:002010-06-22T21:43:02.620-04:00John:
